I'm Sabah, the founder of Arc Insight Strategies. I launched this practice to help mission-driven organizations make smarter decisions, tell clearer stories, and build more equitable systems. With over a decade of experience in policy research, strategic communications, and cross-sector project management, I bring a thoughtful, user-centered lens to every engagement. Whether I’m analyzing a regulation, writing an op-ed, or scoping a product feature, my goal is always the same: to make complexity clearer and impact deeper.
My Story
For over a decade, I worked in the heart of public policy—researching, analyzing, and communicating complex issues across healthcare, education, and economic justice. I collaborated with government agencies, think tanks, and advocacy groups to shape policies that aimed to make systems fairer and more responsive to the people they serve.
Over time, I found myself drawn not just to the policy ideas, but to the how: how we uncover user needs, how we design tools and programs people actually use, and how we measure whether they’re working. That curiosity led me to product management.
I pursued formal training, honed my skills in design thinking and user research, and began helping mission-driven organizations take a more strategic, user-centered approach to their work. Today, I combine the analytical depth of a policy wonk with the creative problem-solving of a product strategist—bridging both worlds to help teams move from insight to implementation.
